We thank our estemeed customer Chevron for recognizing Moblize team members for deploying a real-time system to monitor a mining facility in the year 2007. Chevron Global lubricants had engaged Moblize to design a transformational strategy to reinvent their business as lubricants were becoming a commodity. Moblize proposed telematics in combination with Smart Services as a solution to turn around the declining revenues and create stickiness with the Chevron customers. After acceptance of the strategic move, the team, along with Chevron lubricant, went in the execution mode with one of the partner client mines willing to be the test bed. The work involved monitoring coal trucks, conveyor belts, processing facility, in 5 months enhancing operational efficiencies which defied all industry standard/benchmarks of “Idea to Cash”
